Charitable Foundation for Ukrainian Telemedicine and eHealth Development
- charitable organization created according to the law of Ukraine "About charity and the charitable organizations ". The Foundation is non-profit organization which carries out charities on the basis of legality, hummanity, equality, publicity, voluntariness and self-management.
Main aim of Foundation - charities in interests of the legal and physical persons which are using telemedicine and eHealth, leading research and scientific work, develop IT in national system of public health service.

Main subjects of Foundation:
- development of telemedicine and eHealth
- help in development of national, regional, municipal and international projects and programs in sphere of telemedicine and eHealth;
- help in scientific researches in sphere of telemedicine and eHealth, introduction of their results in practice;
- material aid and help for young scientist;
- attraction of youth and students to professional studying of telemedicine and eHealth;
- development of national system of public health services by introduction and supports of projects in sphere of telemedicine and eHealth.

The charitable help can be rendered in the form of:
- disposable or repeated material, monetary or other help;
- financings of concrete programs and projetcs;
- help on the basis of contracts;
- donations or sanctions to free-of-charge (preferential) use of resources;
- other according laws.

oundation's members can be:
- citizens of Ukraine, the foreign citizens constantly living in territory of Ukraine (older 18 years),
- non-budget legal persons.
Members of Foundation should:
- recognise and be guided by the Statute;
- participate in activity and events of Foundation ;
- to carry out decisions of Board;
- pay fees.
