In this article, on the basis of literature review, are listed the ethical dilemma which are related to telemedicine. It is indicated that telemedicine share many ethical problem with ‘normal’ or ‘face to face’ medicine. However, there are also some specific moral problems which pose telemedicine. The article aims: (1) to classified them and (2) to find out if telemedicine’s specific ethical dilemma could and should be resolved within the framework of bioethics based on four principles (autonomy, beneficent, non-maleficent and justice), which still seems to be the main and the most commonly accepted theory in medical ethics (Ukr. z. telemed. med. telemat.-2006.-Vol.4,№1.-P.49-52).

В данной статье на основе обзора литературы описана этическая дилемма телемедицины. Показано, что телемедицина имеет те же этические проблемы, что и «обычная» или «лицом-к-лицу» медицина. Однако существует несколько специфических моментов. Цель статьи: 1) классифицировать их, 2) решить, как специфические этические дилеммы телемедицины могут быть решены в рамках биоэтики, основанной на четырех принципах (автономность, благотворность, безопасность, справедливость), которые остаются наиболее распространенными в медицинской этике (Укр.ж.телемед.мед.телемат.-2006.-Т.4,№1.-С.49-52).
