Main subjects of the journal:
Telemedicine (teleconsultation, distant education, biotelemetry, monitoring, technical and clinical aspects, economic and engineering solutions, legal, ethical and deontological problems, standardization etc.);

1). The manuscript can be at Ukrainian, Russian or English. The manuscript must bedouble-spaced with 2 cm all margins, typed by Times New Roman 12.  The text (including the abstract) should be limited to 7-10 pages for original articles,  5-8 pages for reviews, preliminary report , case study,  6-8 pages for problem articles and another materials.

2). The title page must include the following information: Title, each author's full name,  e-mail address of contact person.  Articles must contain a structured Abstract in English (not exceeding 100 words). Abstracts should not include any references, tables, figures, or references to figuresand tables. Each article must have 3-5 key words. The last page: signatures of all authors, postal address of the corresponding author including phone and fax numbers, e-mail address. Also, inscription: “Author(s) transmits the copyrights to single issuing of manuscript at paper and electronic to editorial board”.

3). The manuscripts can be sent in two ways: 1. By e-mail (avv@telemed.org.ua), 2. By mail plus electronic variant on a floppy disk or CD. All data should bein MS-DOS (Windows) format. Save the document in Word format (.DOC) or in the rich text format (.RTF). Please do not include in the file any layout instructions such as placementsfor graphics and avoid end-of-line hyphenation. Use carriagereturns only to end heading and paragraphs, not to breaklines of text. Please save tables and figures each as separate files, do not integrate them in the text. Most packages for creating them will allow the user to choose a format in whichto save a file. TIFF, BMP, GIF or  JPEG are preferred. All of a graphics and the diagrams should be built with usage Microsoft Excel.

4). Tables and figures, numbered in arabic numerals, each on a separate sheetwith a legend, should be referred to in the text. Linear graphics without tone gradations are preferred.  Pictures (figures) must be unmounted, black and white or colour photographs with the figure number, the "top" instruction and the author's name on the back.

5). It is the sole responsibility of the author to ensure that registered trade names are marked with the superscript registrationsymbol ® or ™. Acknowledgments should be placed directlyafter the text and before the list of references.

6). References (bibliography and weblography) must only cite work that has been published or is in press. Each reference should be cited in the text by a number in square brackets. References should be numbered in the order in which they appear in the text or in alphabetically order. The number of references is limited to 30, review articles – 90.
